                       Chiropractic Care

What is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic care is a natural, hands-on approach to health that focuses on the spine, nervous system, and the body’s ability to heal itself. When the spine is misaligned, it can create tension, pain, or interference with how your body functions. Chiropractors gently correct these misalignments—called subluxations—through targeted spinal adjustments and supportive therapies.

At its core, chiropractic care is about restoring balance, improving mobility, and helping your nervous system work at its best. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, support during pregnancy, help with posture, or a proactive approach to long-term wellness, chiropractic care meets you where you are and helps guide your body back to its natural rhythm.

It’s safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs—every step of the way.

What does Chiropractic Care Treat?

Chiropractic care addresses more than just back pain—it's a whole-body approach to improving how you feel and function. By focusing on the spine and nervous system, chiropractic care can help relieve pain, restore movement, and support overall wellness.
Common conditions chiropractic care can help with include:
  • Back and neck pain
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Joint pain (shoulders, hips, knees, etc.)
  • Sciatica and nerve pain
  • Poor posture and spinal misalignments
  • TMJ (jaw) discomfort
  • Sports and overuse injuries
  • Prenatal discomfort and pelvic alignment
  • Pediatric concerns like colic, ear infections, and latch issues
  • Chronic tension, stress, and fatigue
By restoring proper alignment and nervous system function, chiropractic care doesn’t just treat symptoms—it helps your body heal and thrive from the inside out.

Why We Don’t Accept Insurance

At Barberry Health & Spine, we’ve chosen to remain out-of-network with insurance providers at this time so we can offer care that is truly centered around you, not insurance limitations.

Many insurance plans place restrictions on the types of care, number of visits, and time spent with patients—often preventing us from delivering the full, individualized care you deserve. By operating outside of insurance networks, we’re able to provide more personalized, flexible, and results-driven care without compromise.

We gladly accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and offer itemized receipts upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Our focus is on real healing, not red tape—and we’re honored to support your health journey on your terms.
