Is it as bad as it sounds? Maybe! This is an advanced move. If you can't do it with proper form, no worries, just do regular burpees to substitute for this exercise... Start in standing position and balance on one foot. Once you've found your balance, keep that foot off the floor at all times (if you can), bring your hands to the floor and kick your other foot back into a plank while keeping the other foot still off the floor. Then, push off with the foot that is on the floor back in and back up into standing position (still keeping the one foot off the floor). Repeat.
