Let's work those quads! This one directly hits 1 quad at a time. Work your way up to lifting your heel off the floor. The video will show you 2 different versions - 1 with the heel down for some extra help, and 2 with the 1 foot up (more advanced). Go slow down and go slow up! Grab a sturdy dining chair without wheels! Find your balance on one foot and slowly sit down in the chair while balancing. Stick your butt out until it touches the chair and then back up! Try to stay on that 1 foot. If needed, place the heel on the floor to balance, but place all weight in the 1 supporting leg. Repeat.
