3 different ways to do bicep curls all rolled into one exercise. 1. Regular bicep curls. With weights in both hands and palms pointing out, curl all the way up and all the way down. 2. Hammer curls. With weights in both hands and palms facing in towards your body, curl all the way up and all the way down for full range of motion. 3. Out to the side curls. With weights in both hands and palms facing up and out to the side, curl all the way up and all the way down for full range of motion. If you have light weights, go faster. If you have heavy weights, go slower. Do a certain amount of reps or time for each exercise without resting in between.
