Alternating Side Planks

I love planks but I love side planks even more!  Work multiple muscles groups with this one!

On the floor, start in high plank.  Lift one arm and go into a side plank, hold for a second or two and then, go back into high plank.  Then, switch sides, going back and forth...

You can modify by placing your knees on the floor!
