Always a client favorite, this core workout will work your upper and lower body too.

Grab a couple light weights or water bottles.  Lay on the floor with your arms out to the side with the weights and your legs out straight.  In one motion, bring the opposite hand and leg together while keeping them straight.  Crunch up to try and reach the weight/bottle to the foot and then back down.  Alternate sides.  

​Remember to crunch up to reach for that foot.
