Three moves into one great exercise! Check this one out! You don't need weights for this one, it's up to you! Start in a standing position. Step one foot back into a back lunge, then without putting the foot down, bring it directly into a front kick (when kicking, flex your foot and think about kicking with your heal - that's the proper way to do a boxing kick - don't point your toes), put your foot on the floor and then do a jump squat. Repeat on the other side...
