Let's work that upper back and shoulders! Grab some food cans, water bottles, small weights or anything you can find! Put one in each hand. Bend at the waist and keep your back extremely straight (your butt is sticking out and your shoulders are back). Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, bring your arms out to the side all the way until you can squeeze the shoulder blades together in your upper back. Then back down. If you have small weights, you can go fairly quickly with this move, just be sure the back is not hunched over! Poor form will just do more harm than good!
