A classic yoga pose and one of my favorites! This will work your back, core, legs and arms if done properly! You can't go wrong with this one! While sitting on the floor, bring your legs up off the floor and try to straighten them up high. While keeping them straight add the arms and hold! Bending your legs will make it easier...
