One of my favorite yoga poses and a great exercise for your abs and lower back... It's the Boat Pose. In a seated position on the floor, start with your knees bent and hands supporting your legs. Pick up your feet from the floor and hold. If you can, you'll let go of your legs with your hands and keep your hands to the side. Hold position. For an advanced move, try and straighten your legs as much as possible without breaking form. Keep your back and abs strong during this exercise. Back stays straight.
