It looks so simple, but yet it works so many muscles if done correctly. Watch the video to ensure proper form... Grab a small weight (or something like a weight). Feet are wide and the hand that has the weight goes straight up. While moving the other hand to the floor, the hand in the air rotates the weight at the same time. Try to get close to the floor. Your hip will need to come out while you do this to keep your legs straight. If you need to bend your legs to do this, get your legs wider or down go down that far. Keep your legs straight!
