Break up those burpees with a football shuffle! Depending on how much room you have to work with, maybe you only get 2 shuffles... If you can get more, that's great! Start in a standing position. Do a burpee (bring hands to the floor and jump your feet out behind you so you're in a high plank position, then jump your feet back in and stand up) and then shuffle to the side by staying low and then do another burpee. Repeat by going back and forth!
