Burpee Snowboard Jumps

Crank up those burpees and add a snowboard jump!  

Start by doing a regular burpee but when you come back up, instead of a regular jump, do a Snowboard Jump!  A full 180 rotation.  Remember to keep your knees behind your toes when jumping and land low!
