The ever-so-dreaded Burpees!!! I know everyone hates them, but build a love-hate relationship with them. They are so good for you! A great cardio workout and a great one to use as interval training exercises. In a standing position, go down on your hands and jump your feet out into high plank position. Without pausing, jump your feet back into your hands, go back up into standing position with a jump. Then repeat. Go as fast as you can! If you cannot perform burpees, you can use a chair or step to raise your arms up. This will take some of the stress off your back and make the exercise easier. You can also walk your feet out instead of jump to ease the intensity as well. Watch the video before performing. Have fun!
