Another exercise to change those bland burpees into something fun and exciting! You guessed it - ski hops! Start in a standing position. In a quick motion, bring your hands to the floor and jump your feet out behind you into high plank position. Jump both feet as close to one elbow as you can (off to the side) and then back out into high plank position. Repeat on the other side and then jump both feet back up and into standing position. Once standing do another jump and back down into your exercise! Again, there are modifications for you to eliminate the jumping. Check out the video!
