Butt Kicks With Forward Press

A great cardio move that'll work your upper body, lower body and your core!  

Grab a weight or something that it not real heavy (water bottle).  Hold in both hands at the stomach in standing position with feet together.  In one motion, jump one heel to your butt while pushing your weight out with your arms and then jumping everything back in to starting position.  Next one, use your other heel to your butt while pushing out the arms into a forward press.

​Go fast and bring those heels to the butt!
