Butt kicks is normally my warm up exercise, but if we add a forward press to it, somehow it just becomes a great exercise... Check it out! Grab a weight or water bottle. Place in both hands and start in a standing position with feet together. Start doing butt kicks, jump from side to side while heels go to the butt, and once you have that movement going, add a forward press. With your hands holding the weight at your chest, push out your arms at shoulder height all the way out and then back in... Repeat. Go as fast as you can!
