This one incorporates many different versions, all holding a C Position. The C Position comes from your body looking like a C, or maybe not so much a C if you are back far enough! In a sitting position, lean back as far as you can while leaving your heels on the floor with legs bent. Side to Side - while leaning back, move from side to side SLOW rotating at the core. Twist as far as you can side to side. Alternating Knee - while leaning back, raise your arms up and alternate bring a knee and lowering the arms together so they meet in the middle then back to starting position. Repeat. Leg Raises - while leaning back, straighten one leg and raise it up and down for your reps, then go to the other side. Hand Touch - while leaning back, raise your arms up overhead. Rotate the arms to the floor on one side (try to touch the floor while keeping your arms straight) and then go back up and over to the other side... Hold - stay leaning back and just hold in the center.
