Unlike just regular calf raises, you'll see 2 other versions in this one! Let's work those calf muscles a little differently! Start in a standing position with feet close and toes pointed in front. Raise your heels off the floor and then lower again, but don't go all the way back down to the floor. Try to keep them raised the entire time while going up and down. The next version is "toes out", where you're going to point your toes outward while you do the heel lifts. The last version is "toes in", where you are going to point your toes inward! It's a little awkward, but it works!
