It's yoga! One of my favorite yoga poses! Start in a standing position with feet close together. Sit back like you are doing a squat (stick your butt out and make sure those knees don't go over the toes) and get as low as you can. Then, bend over a bit but keep that back straight! Look out about 5 feet in front of you and raise your arms so they are straight and close to your ears... HOLD IT! Wanna make it more difficult? Add a single weight to your hands! This pose is going to work your legs, arms, shoulders and back! If you don't feel it in your quads and shoulders, then you need to get lower and arms need to go higher! CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
