Turn a Sit-Up into an oblique workout! This exercise will work more of your core than the regular sit-ups.... Grab a weight in both hands and start by laying on your back with legs bent. The weight should be directly over one shoulder. Start by sitting up and at the same time rotate the weight around your body and do a full rotation to the other side. Then back down again. If you can't sit up all the way, that's ok, just go up as far as you can. See the video for the modifications as well.
