It may not be a favorite, but it'll definitely get your heart rate up quickly! Start standing with feet apart and arms straight out to the sides. In a jumping motion, cross your arms and your feet, then jump back out and repeat but switch sides for arms and legs. Make sure you are changing the position of your hands and feet - alternate which arms is on top and alternate which foot is in front. Go fast!
