Diamond Jumps

It takes coordination and jumping ability!  This is a good one for cardio!

Start with your feet and arms wide.  In one fluid motion, squat low and then jump while bringing your feet together and your hands together - forming a diamond with your legs and a diamond with your arms.  When you land, bring your feet and arms back to starting position and land with your knees bent!  (that helps protect the knees)

Repeat and go as fast as you can!
