Momentum will help with this one. Stop, drop and roll!!! Start in a standing position. Make sure you have a mat or a carpeted floor under you (otherwise it might hurt)! Without using your arms, lower your body down to the floor and onto your back. Bring your legs up toward your shoulders and then place your feet on the floor and bring yourself back up to standing position. Try to NOT USE YOUR HANDS to help you back up! That's the trick!
