Another classic floor aerobic exercise, this one will work your hip like no other! I wonder where they got their name? :) #gymratmurphy should have been in this video (although Murphy is a girl dog....) Start on the floor on all fours! Keeping your wrists right below your shoulders and your knees right below your hips. Lift one leg out to the side while keeping it at 90 degrees (leg moves all in one motion), go up as high as you can out to the side and then back down to starting position. Repeat.
