A jump squat on steroids!  This move will get that heart rate up and work those quads!  

​Start with your feet wider than shoulder width apart and in a squat position.  Keeping your head up (don't bend over and keep your back straight) and hands as close to the floor as you can get them without bending over, jump both feet at the same time forward and then backwards.  Repeat.  Go fast and stay low!
