An original from the old school floor aerobics makes a come back... Actually, I don't think these ever went away! On all fours, with shoulders right above the wrists and knees right below the hips, keep the knees at 90 degrees while you lift one leg and flex the foot so it's like your heel is going to smash the ceiling! Bring that leg up and down until reps are done, then switch sides.
