This high intensity exercise will get your heart rate up and work your entire body! Grab something with weight, whether it's a weight (up to 8 lbs.) or even just a water bottle! Hold in both hands with arms bent and weight at the stomach and start in standing position. In one motion, jump the feet out and bring the arms out into a forward push, then jump your hands and feet back in. The next jump, your feet will go out and your arms will go up over your head into an overhead press. Jump everything back in again into starting position and then repeat both moves. The faster you go, the better it is! Modification: The video shows a modification to eliminate the jumps. (Step out with your feet instead of jumping.) Enjoy!
