Not just a regular squat. Not just a regular squat jack! This one incorporates your obliques as well! Check it out! Starting in a standing position with your feet wide. Do a squat (keeping your butt out and knees behind the toes), then jump up twisting at the hips to the side. Quickly jump back to the original squat position, do a squat then jump up and twist to the other side. Go as fast as you can and just rotate at the hips. Try to keep your upper body facing towards the front.
