Combo combo combo! this is a good one! Start by doing 5 jumping jacks. Follow it by doing 1 burpee. For the burpee, go down into plank by jumping the feet out (if you can't do the jump, then walk your feet out to plank), then jump that back in and all the way up with a final jump when standing. Repeat. Go as fast as you can!
