Jacks to Mountain Climbers

Another combo to get that heart rate up!

Start with 5 jumping jacks, followed by 10 mountain climbers.  When doing your mountain climbers, try jumping from one foot to the other.  If you can't do the jumps like I do in the video, stepping is fine!
