This combo should get your heart rate up! Start by doing 5 jumping jacks (remember if you need to modify, just remove the jump and step your feet out and back in) and then follow it with a snowboard jump. Jump with your feet wide all the way around, 180 degrees and then back again to the front. Repeat. Always land low on your snowboard jumps to protect those knees (keep knees behind toes!).
