Jump Lunges

Ok, this is a very advanced move!  If you have bad knees or cannot perform a lunge very well, you may want to skip this one or modify and do alternating lunges instead!  Give it your best shot!

Your going to start in static lunge position, so step right foot forward and front knee is bent and right above the ankle.  Back leg is then on your toes and knee is bent going towards the floor.  Raise your arms up straight over your head.  In one quick and motion, jump to the opposite side lunge, so you'll land with the left foot forward and right foot back in a static lunge position.  REPEAT!

Check out the video to ensure you are doing the jumps correctly and safely.  Again, this is advanced.  You need to ensure that you are doing lunges correctly before adding the jump!
