Who needs a rope!? This one will get your heart rate up without the rope. Start in a standing position. Hands and arms are going to mock having a rope in your hands. Jump your feet up and down, but instead of just jumping up and down, try doing the following... Jump to the right, then to the left... repeat. Then jump forward, jump backwards, repeat. The variations will make it more difficult! Give it a try!
