Like your sitting back into a chair, squat while keeping your knees behind your toes and stick your butt out in the back. When you are as far down as you can go comfortably, explode into a jump as high as you can. When you land, land low and softly. Remembering to keep your knees behind your toes and your butt out while you land low. Watch the video and make sure you are doing it correctly.
