A twist to the original bird dogs or leg raises... Let's put them together and see what we get! Your on all fours on the floor. Make sure your shoulders are right over your wrists and knees are right below the hips at 90 degrees. Straighten one leg and straighten the opposite arm. Keep the arm out straight at shoulder height while you raise the straight leg up and down. Be sure to go up as far as you can! A modified version would be to leave both hands on the floor!
