Arms and shoulders are targeted with the Laterals move. Form is very important with this one, otherwise, you won't work the right muscles... Your arms need to keep an "L" form. Keeping the 90 degree form with the arms and not letting your hands come in close to the chest, especially when you start getting tired. Be sure to watch the video to ensure you understand the L form! Go fast with light weight. If you have weights available, you still don't use a heavy weight in order to keep good form. Most of my clients use 10 lbs - 18 lbs. weights for this exercise.
