It's like starting a lawn mower, or maybe a snowblower? Grab a weight (or something to use as a weight). Get into a deep lunge position by moving the left leg out in back and your right leg bent and suck low (knees stays over ankle!). Rest your right elbow over your knee with your left hand holding the weight. In a swift movement, pull the weight up by using your shoulder blades in your upper back and then back down. When you move it up, think about squeezing your shoulder blades together in the back. Then repeat. You can use a heavy weight with this exercise if you have one.
