This one isn't for everyone! It's difficult! But, give it a try.... If you can't do it, no problem, just hold boat instead! On the floor, go into Boat by lifting your legs off the floor and keeping them somewhat straight. Also lift those arms. Drop yourself so your lower back touches the floor and then go back into boat. Try not to use your arms or momentum to lift you back up into position. Also, try and keep your legs straight and up off the floor! Good luck!
