Some like holding high planks, some like holding low planks... Doesn't matter which one you like better, but both are great exercises! Working your muscles just a little different, it's important to incorporate both poses into your workouts! With your elbows right below your shoulders and you're up on your toes, squeeze your glutes at the same time and keep your body in a straight line! Remember to keep your butt down!
