The old time mat moves are always on target! They never get old! If done properly, they can be very effective! With this one, we work the inner thighs, something that everyone should work more of to give you definition in those thighs that we are all looking for! While laying on your side, the bottom leg is straight and the foot is flexed. The top leg is bent and the foot is placed flat on the ground behind the bottom leg. Optionally, you can place a weight or even just pressing into that straight leg will work it a little harder for less reps. While the foot is flexed, raise that leg as high as you can and then back down. Repeat through all your reps and then do the other side!
