It's a difficult push up to do! These pushups really work your triceps, so it's a great exercise to incorporate in, no matter if you can't go all the way down! Do what you can! In a plank position, place your hands closer than normal to the body and when you lower your body, keep the elbows close to the body (rubbing against your sides). Go down as far as you can and then back up. Repeat. Video shows modifications.
