Mountain Climbers will work your arms, core, legs and more! Intensity all depends on you! If you have a weak upper body, using a chair or something to raise your arms up can be helpful. In a high plank position (keeping your shoulders right over your wrists), bring one knee in as far as you can to the chest, jump to the other side and repeat on that foot. Go as fast as you can jumping from one leg to the other. If you cannot jump from foot to foot, you can slow it down and eliminate the jump. Watch the video to ensure you have proper form! Have fun!
