It looks easier than it really is if done properly! Start on the floor on all 4s! Hands are right below the shoulders. While keeping your knees at 90 degrees, lift your knees up off the floor about an inch - keep your butt down!!! Hold this position. If you can, add the shoulder taps, but the trick is to not let your body sway back and forth. Hold your body very still while you alternate the shoulder taps! Modification would be to not do the shoulder taps and just try and hold Panther.
