This is probably my favorite core workout! It works more ab muscles at the same time than any other exercise I know of! Grab a ball or something that doesn't have much weight but you can place it between your feet comfortably. Start by laying on the floor with the ball in your hands and your arms out straight above your head and legs out straight. Bring your arms and legs up at the same time, while "crunching" to place the ball between your feet without bending your legs to grab it. It's a crunch! Then, bring the legs and arms back down (try not to drop the legs all the way to the floor - work towards that). Go down as far as you can and then back up and grab the ball from your feet back to your hands. Pass back and forth... Remember, it's a crunch! See video for proper form.
