It's a tricky one to get, but once you do, you'll feel the benefits! Start in a high plank position. From there, life your right arm up while bring your left leg through (under your body) to meet your right hand up in the air as high as you can. Bring both the arm and leg back down to high plank and then do the other side. The left arm goes up in the air and the right leg goes under your body to meet your left hand up as high as you can! Watch the video as I know it's confusing! Take your time until you get the hang of it!
