Combining 2 exercises into 1 is a great way to save time and increase your output! Check this one out! Grab a pair of weights or water bottles/soup cans. One in each hand, start with your feet wide and toes are pointed out in a plie (or sumo) squat position. Hands with the weights are in front of you... Squat with toes out and then when you come up to start position, you're going to add a row. Bring your elbows up in the air (while keeping your wrists below your elbows). Bring those elbows up as high as you can and then back down to starting position. Repeat with the plie squat and then row...
