Nothing is better than the classic Push Up! It's so good for you (and yes I know, so hated as well). I always tell my clients to try and do as many as you can on your toes before dropping to your knees. You'll never improve if you don't push yourself! Check out the video for proper form. (You know what you need to do! Keep that butt down!)
