Is it a pushup? Is it a half burpee? Well, it might be both. This is an advanced move! If you cannot perform while keeping good form, modify and just do a regular pushup (or maybe just do smaller jumps). Start in high plank position. Do a regular pushup (on your toes if you can!), and then jump your feet in as far as you can towards your hands, while keeping your hands on the floor. When your feet land, your heels should be on the floor, not just on your toes. Then, jump them back out again and repeat the pushup.
