Combining the ever-so-wonderful PushUp with the infamous Yoga move of a Side Plank, you create the most perfect move! This one gives you 2 different versions. Level 1 and level 2 for the beginner. Start in high plank position. Do a pushup and then in one swift motion go directly into a side plank by lifting one are up in the air and then back down to plank and repeat. If you need to do pushups on your knees, that's an option, and putting one knee down to do the side plank is also an option!
